Parisi Speed School

Mission: As the industry leader in performance enhancement, we will continue to deliver a positive training experience that improves speed of movement and strength of character regardless of ability or economic status.
Twenty years ago, Bill Parisi started out toward a dream.  His All American track career over, he saw numerous limitations in the way American athletes were training for sport, and he wanted to help remedy the situation.  Armed with only a motivational speech, some equipment, and a 500 dollar van, Bill drove to high schools in the area looking for coaches and teams that wanted to take advantage of state-of-the-art training techniques.  That was the single-handed beginning of what has now become a multi-personal approach to changing the face of American athletics as we know it.  That was the birth of the Parisi Speed School.
Over two decades later, the Parisi dream still continues to expand.  Now with over 700,000 athletes from every level of athletics having experienced the Parisi Speed School, the program is aimed at launching a nationwide awareness toward sports enhancement.  There are now over 75 franchises in 31 states across the United States and the plan is to continue to grow.  ‘Champions of Dalton’ is the first franchise to be introduced in the state of Georgia.
From athletes 7-years old all the way to Professional and Olympic ranks, the Parisi Speed School has allowed athletes to do the two things our program strives for;  athletes have improved their athletic performance, but more important have developed a better feeling about themselves.  At the Parisi Speed School, we know that the real reason an athlete does anything is to improve his or her self -esteem.  This is the ultimate gift that we give to every athlete that experiences our program.

Evaluation Image

Evaluations are offered daily and help us to assess your current ability, placing you in the proper classes (based on age and ability), in monitoring your progress, and in creating the best program prescription possible for your particular needs.  The Evaluation take approximately 45 minutes to complete.  It encompasses our Active Dynamic Warmup, a Running Analysis, 2 Laser Timed 40 Yard Sprints, a Vertical Jump test, a “5 Hop” Horizontal Jump test, a “5/10/5” Change of Direction Shuttle Run, a 200 yard Shuttle Endurance Run, a Chin Up assessment, and a Flexibility Test.  Each of these tests allow us to measure precise variables within your particular physical performance.  In particular, the 2 Laser Timed 40 Yard Sprints allow us to set standards for your 10 yard, 20 yard, and 40 yard sprint times.  Call us at (706) 529-7528 to schedule your free evaluation and take the first step towards becoming a more explosive athlete.  SPEED KILLS!
